Before You Reach Out
It depends on our current schedule and the scope of your project. Once we meet and finalize your estimate, we'll give you a start date. We typically book a few weeks out, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
We'll walk you through the permitting requirements during your consultation. Some jobs require permits, some don't — we'll be upfront about what's needed and help you understand the process.
We accept check and cash. For larger projects, we typically require a deposit upfront with the balance due upon completion. We'll spell all of this out clearly in your written estimate.
For the first day we prefer you're present so we can confirm details together. After that, many clients give us access and go about their day. We treat your home with the same care we'd give our own.
